D.     Mosquito Management Program Contract with Franklin County Bd. of Health –

O-2169-08, An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute the 2008 Integrated Mosquito Management Program Agreement between the Village of Marble Cliff and the Franklin County Board of Health and authorizing the expenditure of funds for the Village of Marble Cliff’s portion of the program cost. E.     OUPS Enrollment – O-2170-08, An Ordinance authorizing the Fiscal Officer to execute the enrollment agreement between the Village of Marble Cliff and the Ohio Utilities Protection Service (OUPS). First Reading
